Delivery within 8-15 business days excluding duties and taxes.

We believe repairs are part from ethical Xanan  principles, and  we also want to reduce our damage to the planet when it comes to shipping. In practical terms, this means that we’re in the process of establishing a network of regional repair shops. Any ways until this is possible.  You can send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer (the shipping costs are at your own expense) to our studio in Spain. The repair is for Free if  your piece is returned upon 30 days after you purchased. We will refund the total paid amount for the order, including any original standard shipping costs if it is a factory default.

If at the end you decided you just want to return the product cause you do not like, we will be sad :(. But we can take it back. In order to do this is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use. Also it is your responsibility to provide the original XANAN packaging to ensure that the articles reach get in perfect condition; if not, no return may be made. 

If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process your return.

Products purchased during sales or promotion campaigns will be refunded according to the conditions of the campaign.
