Por ejemplo las estadísticas que se recogen sobre el número de visitas, el contenido que más gusta, etc... lo suele gestionar Google Analytics.

SEGÚN LA ENTIDAD QUE LO GESTIONA

Cookies propias:

Cookies de terceros:

Cookies técnicas:

Son aquellas necesarias para la navegación y el buen funcionamiento de nuestro Sitio Web, como por ejemplo, controlar el tráfico y la comunicación de datos, identificar la sesión, acceder a partes de acceso restringido, realizar la solicitud de inscripción o participación en un evento, contar visitas a efectos de la facturación de licencias del software con el que funciona el servicio del Sitio Web, utilizar elementos de seguridad durante la navegación, almacenar contenidos para la difusión de vídeos o sonido, habilitar contenidos dinámicos (por ejemplo, animación de carga de un texto o imagen) o compartir contenidos a través de redes sociales.

SEGÚN EL PLAZO DE TIEMPO QUE PERMANECEN ACTIVADAS

Cookies de sesión:

Son aquellas diseñadas para recabar y almacenar datos mientras el Usuario accede a una página web.

Se suelen emplear para almacenar información que solo interesa conservar para la prestación del servicio solicitado por el Usuario en una sola ocasión (por ejemplo, una lista de productos adquiridos) y desaparecen al terminar la sesión.

Cookies persistentes:

Son aquellas en las que los datos siguen almacenados en el terminal y pueden ser accedidos y tratados durante un periodo definido por el responsable de la cookie, y que puede ir de unos minutos a varios años. A este respecto debe valorarse específicamente si es necesaria la utilización de cookies persistentes, puesto que los riesgos para la privacidad podrían reducirse mediante la utilización de cookies de sesión. En todo caso, cuando se instalen cookies persistentes, se recomienda reducir al mínimo necesario su duración temporal atendiendo a la finalidad de su uso. A estos efectos, el Dictamen 4/2012 del GT29 indicó que para que una cookie pueda estar exenta del deber de consentimiento informado, su caducidad debe estar relacionada con su finalidad. Debido a ello, es mucho más probable que se consideren como exceptuadas las cookies de sesión que las persistentes.

Moreover, you may also receive information related to XANAN STUDIO competitions and/or prize draws, as well as its events and corporate activities. 8. Automated decisions and the creation of profiles XANAN STUDIO will obtain your express consent for the processing of your personal data in relation to the possible adoption of automated decisions and/or the creation of profiles. For the provision of some services, XANAN STUDIO may process your personal data using automated means. This means that certain decisions are taken automatically, without human intervention. For example, you will receive specific notifications if you have products selected in your “Shopping Bag” or “wishlist”, as well as when your order has left the XANAN STUDIO facilities. Duration of the processing and data retention period XANAN STUDIO is committed to processing your personal data while they are actually useful and necessary to offer you a quality service through their processing. Therefore, XANAN STUDIO will make all reasonable and timely efforts to minimise the processing and retention time for your personal data. Even if you request the erasure of your personal data, XANAN STUDIO will have the right to store and retain them for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that apply, as well as to make them available to the competent authorities in the different matters that are applicable. 

11. Exercising of rights and claims with the Data Protection Authority As a result of the processing of your personal data by XANAN STUDIO, the current legislation grants you a series of rights. XANAN STUDIO offers a brief explanation of each right in order to facilitate your exercising of them: 1. Right to access: You will have the right to find out what personal data are being processed by XANAN STUDIO, as well as the purposes of such processing. You may also request a copy of your personal data being processed. 2. Right to rectification: You may request their rectification at any time if those that appear in the XANAN STUDIO records are erroneous. 3. Right to be forgotten: You may at any time request that your personal data be erased from the XANAN STUDIO files. However, and as previously indicated, you must take into account that in certain circumstances compliance with the current legislation may prevent the effective exercising of this right. 4.
